DEFININTION OF GSM, TYPES AND CHARACTERISTICS:
GSM simply means GLOBAL SYSTEM FOR MOBILE COMMUNICATION. It is referred as mobile telephone due to its features such as, portability, flexibility, and availability. It is a digital form of the former analogy telephone.
TYPES OF MOBILE PHONES:
FLAT PHONES
FLIP UP PHONES
SLIDE PHONES
TWIST PHONES
FLAT PHONES:
These are the types of phones that are flat in nature.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FLAT PHONES:
Flat phones are normally flat in nature
They have detachable screen but do not have flex.
They are easy to dismantle and couple than other types of phones.
FLIP UP PHONES:
They are the types of phones which can be flipped up and downwards.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FLIP UP PHONES:
They can be flipped upside and downwards
They have flex and detachable screen
Some of the flip up phones have up to five to six flex parts with different functions.
They are very difficult to dismantle and couple back.
SLIDE PHONES
These are the type of phones that are slid able in nature.(upward and downwards).

CHARACTERISTICS OF SLIDE PHONES:
They are slid able in nature.
Their flex are usually located at the middle of the phone
They are easy to dismantle and couple back.
They also have detachable screen and flex.
TWIST PHONES:
These types of phones are also referred to as magic phones due to its magical characters.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TWIST PHONES:
They perform magical characters such as: changing shape.
They do not have a specific shape
They have flex and detachable screen
Twist phones are very difficult and challenging to dismantle and couple.
